Story

The Young Guns Skate School provides professional skateboarding tuition to skaters of all ages and abilities. All classes are taught in a safe and fun environment while the basic and not so basic tricks and etiquettes to skateboarding are covered.

After school classes, holiday programs, birthday parties and skate park tours are all offered.

Term time program:

Monday: Pt Chevalier School 3:15 - 4:30pm

Tuesday: Ponsonby Intermediate School 3:15 - 4:30pm

Wednesday: Bayswater Primary School 3:15 - 4:30pm

Simon, Will and the team at Young Guns Skate School are amazing. They genuinely care about the children having a good time and learning how to skate. They quickly build a rapport with the children even with a range of ages and they take the time to help those who need more encouragement to participate or try challenging things. They go above and beyond but in a laidback back skateboarding way so nothing feels too hard. Highly recommend. They proved so valuable throughout lockdown continuing to support the kids, and the holiday pro programmes have been wonderful too. My little guy was really pumped after today! Thanks team!

Took my 5 year old absolute beginner along and he had a lovely session. The team were so kind and patient, amazing to see how quickly the kids improve.

My daughter loves Monday at school only because of Young Guns Skate School. She loves skateboarding and learning tricks. Will, Dan, Simon and Ben are legends. Her confidence has increased and lives for skate school. Super cool instructors that are rad with the kids. Definitely recommend 100%!!!

Thank you Young Guns for the confidence you’ve given my little one. The instructors are kind, patient and caring. They teach more than just skateboarding, they teach respect, patience and determination.

Took my son along to his first lesson after school and he went from not being able to even step up on his board to being able to skate along and even do a little trick with his board all in 1 lesson. Most importantly he had a wonderful time with the crew and is looking forward to his next lesson!
