Kangatraining is a postnatal exercise class for mums and bubs. We are endorsed by Continence New Zealand as being Pelvic floor safe, so you can take care of your body while getting back into exercise.
I'm Hannah, and my little boy Cole and I are the Kangatraining Wellington team :) We love getting out and meeting our new (and returning) mums each term, dancing, and hanging out together. Kangatraining is such a great way to do all of these things while also getting a bit of a sweat on. We also work on the pelvic floor and abdominals to re-strengthen our core post childbirth.
