Bought a yoga bag recently and after browsing a range of options settled on a bag from the yoga shop. The whole process was super easy and efficient. The products I ordered are durable. My order was picked up by the courier almost immediately. Great website promotion with buy 3 and get free shipping, + spent at a certain amount and recieve free goodies. Support your local and shop here.
I placed an order on the 8th of July, 14 ago. I received a system-generated receipt but no further communication. I emailed them a couple of days asking about the status of my order. The order status was changed to completed a day later, but no one responded to my email. I don't know if it has been shipped and if it has what the tracking number and ETA is. I've been checking my spam folder regularly, and there's nothing in there - none of the system generated emails have been blocked. Terrible customer service. People tend to be tolerant of delays if there is good communication. But it's been complete radio silence from NZ Fitness Gear. I don't even know if they intend to fill my order or if they've just pocketed the money. If I don't hear from them soon, I'll reverse the payment and visit their Wellington shop when I'm up there in a few weeks. Come on, guys... It takes 30 seconds to fire off a quick email. Not hard. UPDATE: Changed from 1 star to 3 starts after the retailer finally replied to my emails. The goods have just arrived also. If they had contacted me to advise of the delay and/or replied to my emails then we could avoid all this unpleasantness.
