Good local gym. Not too busy during peak times. Does have only one of each machine aside from cardio but is decent price. Staff are always friendly.

Quite a small space but generally isn't too rammed as long as you go outside the core hours all gyms are always busy 7-9am and 6-8pm.  Unfortunately it is starting to feel a very tatty in places. Eg ripped foam padding on the lat pulldown machine not being replaced for months and very dirty walls. Most of the benches in the free weights are ripped and some of the flooring is coming apart.  Also some of the lockers have never had doors on them since the gym opened 3 years ago. Meanwhile, some locks on the lockers that do have doors have been broken for as long as I can remember.  It's a shame but it is just all starting to feel quite unloved and trying to do the bare minimum.

One of the best gyms I have been to for a long time! Jetts has all the facilities and equipment I need. I was particularly impressed with the HIIT functional training area the the range of machinery. The staff were also really friendly and accommodating.

Jetts is a friendly local gym with great classes and personal trainers. When I joined, I got a tour and PT consultation with Silvia and decided to  train with her from the off. She has been the most supportive and motivational personal trainer I have ever experienced. With her coaching I have been able to achieve my goals and learn constantly along the way. Her enduring positivity and approach to guidance during our sessions were two things that I valued most about her training style. She was completely expert in answering all of my questions and consulting me with me at the start through to closing off our sessions at the end. I’d recommend  training with Silvia to any of my closest friends and would love to train with her again in the future.

In terms of equipment, this gym is pretty impressive. It’s got a range of things and it’s all quite modern.  There are however a few downsides, it does get busy so I haven’t been able to go at the times I’d like. It’s fairly small so even though there aren’t too many people, it does feel busy. You do sometimes have to wait to use the things you want.  There’s not really space for them to hold classes, so they just do them in the middle of the gym, which is pretty annoying trying to walk past everyone. I also signed up to a class to try them out and they cancelled it very last minute because not enough people had signed up, which I don’t think is fair.  Also, if you don’t want to use the water fountain for COVID reasons I didn’t have a bottle, then there’s no where to get bottled water. Their fridge is just full of protein products etc. I asked for them to get in some bottled water which they agreed to, yet haven’t seen any in 2 months.  Trying to get hold of staff here is very difficult. I asked to cancel my membership because I’m moving, and emailed the only email address I could see on their website. Weeks later there was no response and after multiple attempts of calling, finally got through to someone who said that was an ‘unmanned’ email address - well it’s on your website!  This gym is OK for the money, but I expected a bit better after reading some of the reviews.

Silvia has been an excellent personal trainer for me this spring.  She provided advice on my diet and listened to what I wanted to achieve in our sessions.  Sessions were varied and interesting and she was always positive and encouraged and motived me to push myself to do better.  I'm now much more confident around free weights and the other pieces of gym equipment I was unsure of. The facilities in the gym are very good although on occasion it has taken a few weeks for certain broken pieces of equipment to be fixed.

Accidentally charged my card for another members fitness session for £60. Very apologetic member staff, however, HQ have completely ignored my request for a refund despite several follow up emails.

Great gym, all new equipment and very clean. Staff are super friendly and attentive. Can't wait to try all the new classes.

Jetts!.. started off as something really nice really different and very very helpful in so many ways specially during covid. Now? Now it’s more like Ministry of Gym Sound as well. People that work long hours and wanna go train in the evening after to work - forget about it. There is no limit on the people inside the gym anymore so it’s almost pretty much always packed apart from two hours on the day that most of us are usually on meetings. You guys have amazing sound system we have realised that but you don’t need to demonstrate it at this level. It’s not a nightclub and some people do like to listen to their own podcasts or music whilst training. It’s so disappointing to see something that started off with so much potential going down cause greediness got the best of it. On the bright hand side - some PT’s of the gym are actual gems.
