Chris was the person who assisted my partner on the phone with our initial item enquiry. And also the person who helped us with our in store enquiry when we went in later on the same day. He was very helpful, pleasant, informative and just overall great customer service both over the phone and in person! He also helped us with all the additional accessories for the item we bought. The store was quite busy due to the long weekend yet he never rushed us with answering any of the questions we had and also gave us solid unbiased advice about other products. Thank you Chris!
Chris was our sale rep, we had to upgrade/replace some of our electronics. Very impressed he listened to us he sold us what we needed and did not try to up sale us. The first trip was to buy a cell phone from that occasion we where so impressed we came back to replace more equipment.
Big thank you to security guard TK for your help. Difficult finding store staff to help when it’s busy, but TK came over and helped me find what I was looking for. Super friendly and knows what he’s talking about, very approachable and professional.
I recently went to JB Hi-Fi in botany and they had a wide range of tech to sort anyone's needs! I found exactly what I was looking for and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I did however find it was rather strangely placed in a food court but still a great JB!
I had the best customer service experience at this branch especially by Chris honestly helped with back order of my phone. I highly recommend this branch if you need help with any electronic device
First time bought from JB Hi-Fi. Great price of the item and 10/10 review for Botany branch and Vasu. Vasu had been wonderful and has gone over and above to help us with our order of a Ecovacs Deebot vacuum. After the purchase, we came to know Vasu is the Sales Manager. Fantastic customer service - they really care! Would recommend Botany branch and will be using it again for future purchases.

Bought LG TV from this shop for 3k , operated for only 1 week , the 2nd week it goes black out itself , complained to the branch they said some 1 will come to check but no 1 turned up it’s been a year now it’s not fixed yet ? LG is out of my list worst brand so far not worth for the price paid ??
I returned a monitor that I bought on line and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this shop.
