Large and conveniently located games and electronics store with friendly staff. Couldn't have found a better place to go looking for a new speaker with my friend. We were greeted when we walked in and directed to the relevant section. The guy even gave us some specs on different ones and helped us find the right deal.
I love this JB Hifi in Queen street - Staff always super friendly and the specials are great buys. Large shop with a very wide selection from each type of product.
Amazing experience every time! My friends and I went in looking for a specific Nintendo Switch game and one of the staff members, I think his name was Regy, helped us greatly. He showed us where everything was, told us what was on sale, recommended games to us. I love when a staff member really knows their stuff. Great job and keep up the good work. If you want to shop in a wonderful atmosphere with many updated and in-stock products I would definitely recommend coming here.
Was helped by Sunny today, wonderful service! Not so positive was the short haired girl working at the counter, was super rude to her coworker and barely engaged with me. Was so sad to see how badly nasty her tone was when he was being helpful and polite :
Nice huge JB Hi Fi store right in the middle of the city. I have seen this store right here for 12 years now. The stock is always up to date and the service levels from the staff are awesome. It is always a pleasure to visit the store and have a chat with any of the staff. All the products ranging from headphones to large home electronics, which I have bought from here have lasted long enough and are still working. The store customer policies are good and clearly descriptive. Highly recommended.
I went this morning to buy some electronics, but I don’t recommend this store at all ! Staff and manager looks so tired from job or either still in hangover from last night cheap drinks or they are been hired without experience of sales and service! I can accept this behaviour from a $2 shop but not from JB store manager the Indian guy gave very disgusting and unpleasant remarks after I told him your staff member was really rude , a customer shouldn’t be treated like that am really offended they way he replied I suggest he should give time to store customer service and on cleaning instead of shaking his head with his mate and standing on one leg Looks so irrelevant to his job role
Been dealing with JB Hi Fi on Queen Street the last 6 months or so, and must add that Nash has been very patient in dealing with myself, and assisting with getting the right laptop and mobile phone!.The service I have received has been second to none, and I have found all other staff to be very pleasant in greeting me on entering. My thanks again goes out to Nash, with his knowledge and expertise, highly recommended!
They don't have a lot of stock but I've always managed to find the things I needed, the staff are very helpful and clean nice environment
I enjoyed browsing through the range of music CDs and movie titles at this downtown store. There is a wide range of vinyl albums as well. There were good deals on some classic movies as well as both Aussie and Kiwi movies that are not readily available online. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is always a pleasure to visit this store when I am in Auckland.
Staff won't let you handle display items due to hygiene reasons... what the actual...? Well it cost you a 4 figure sale today. Keep going, and soon you may have no sales...
