Guy handling customer is a bit too smug, constantly making sarcastic jokes about customers. But to their credit the repair person Kelly is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, repair can take some time but you do eventually get your stuff back.
Totally useless when came to fixing 3 radios. 2 returned unfixed and one with parts missing. Third was supposed to have been fixed and charged for but doesn't work. Their attitude to clients desperately needs to be a lot more professional.

Super nice people and they were able to repair my speakers for a very good price. Would have given them 5 stars if the repair didn't take as long as it did and the lack of communication. But still very happy overall.
What a marvellous store Axent is. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful, ensuring we chose the right hifi system. Also it is quite enjoyable navigating the labyrinth of electronics and peering at all the unique and vintage units. Thanks Axent
Kelly's the hero here! Pun intended!. Great service, great range of new and classic stereo gear, and always a hidden bargain. I bought a tired looking Tivoli Soundbook Radio, followed the advice online about cleaning it up - it now look fabulous and works beautifully! Thank you Kelly.
Took three years to get my amp back. Amp got a bit knocked around during it's three year visit at Axent too.
