Ordered 2 takeaway coffees. It took 15 minutes for the coffees to be made, I understand that it can take a while but a heads up would’ve been nice. One was ordered with a vanilla shot but upon trying it I had to go back and ask for it because it hadn’t been put in. Staff did not look too happy. Sorry to leave a bad review but I didn’t enjoy my experience today.
First time popping in.nLots of cabinet goodies.nMenu has a good selection.nBig breakfast is a decent size with perfect eggs. Best mushrooms ever.nThe French toast was a nice treat.
Jam was our favourite cafe for many years - especially when my son was young, because it has a wonderful play area for the kids. Food and coffee were always good. When I went recently, I was disappointed at the lack of gluten/dairy free food options, so sadly, I couldn’t have anything to eat. The atmosphere is still great however, the kids area is awesome and there’s plenty of food options for those without intolerances or allergies.
Dog friendly outside, child friendly inside, and plenty of space to take a pram or wheelchair inside comfortably.nCoffee is great, food is tasty but not cheap.nWe love to go with our baby in a pram.

The Eggs bene is definitely my fav in town, and I order this consistently with an Orange juice! Check my Ubereats orders lolnnUber eats got it wrong today, and they couldn’t do anything about it. So the staff at Jam on Queenwood, noticed my name lol and cooked me a fresh one but also went above and beyond to personally deliver it themselves and even added a treat on the side for the inconvenience!nnThis is customer service at its finest, and is always putting their customers first.
