Brown Lightning Bros. Raglan Roast.

I have never been to their cafe, but I love their coffee beans. We subscribed to a coffee delivery every three weeks and have tried other brands, but Raglan Roast stands out as the best. We also appreciate the little surprises they send us—free samples of their other products from time to time.nn- Canistan & Emily.

Firstly, the positives... the coffee is great, the cookies lovely and nice chill atmosphere and chill music.nnHowever, the service is lacking. Four staff, which is a lot considering no food and self-service. No smiles, greetings or even eye contact, lack of attention, e.g., serving people out of turn who are not in the queue, expecting customers to put their own lids on takeaway coffee lids are on the counter. Come on.. this is a service industry... customers are your income. It doesn't take much to make customers feel welcomed.. even a polite hi goes a long way.

An excellent coffee option to chill out in homestyle couches and chairs, for twos to twelve and more; try this place, easy parking out front or round the back. Some food options, we weren't there for the food.
