Firstly, the positives... the coffee is great, the cookies lovely and nice chill atmosphere and chill music.nnHowever, the service is lacking. Four staff, which is a lot considering no food and self-service. No smiles, greetings or even eye contact, lack of attention, e.g., serving people out of turn who are not in the queue, expecting customers to put their own lids on takeaway coffee lids are on the counter. Come on.. this is a service industry... customers are your income. It doesn't take much to make customers feel welcomed.. even a polite hi goes a long way.

Amazing coffee but i have found it depends on the barista, most of the guys seem to be good espically when they weigh it out.nUsually it's a good atmosphere expect there was one time where I thought their music was not appropriate and they had a dj one weekend who played LOUD music.nBasically in short service- quick, depends on day and barista, food-generally good espically if it's the barista that weight it out and atmosphere- okay, great if you're looking to socialize but study probably not.nIt's a gem of a place but just needs to be a bit more onto it.
