Great motel. Provides everything you needed; clean room, spacious living area for a family, nice bathroom, excellent continental breakfast, friendly owner. In my opinion, probably the best motel that I have stayed in NZ so far. Great start for the clutha trail.

Sparkling clean, tastfully decorated. Lovely host. In a great spot, the room was lovely and warm and had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Loved this place.  Very handy to center of Lawerence. Would of been 5 star if had a kitchenette.  Very clean, Heater was on on arrival. Lovely staff.  Awesome place.  Would stay again.

Fantastic motel with a very good and generous service

The unit was spotless and Sue was extremely accommodating. I had my adult son who has a disability and the place was perfect
