Brilliant stay. We stayed for 2 nights. Location great, walked to the beach. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The 2 bedroom unit was clean, tidy, the owners took time to sweep the balconies and clean the yard of rubbish. There was evidence of attention to little detail had lots of little things, like lots of electric plug outlets and suitcase stands, in each room. We would stay here again.
Nicely presented and styled rooms. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Brilliant location with beach within walking distance. Friendly and helpful hosts, thank you Sally & Greg!

Every time I come to Dunedin for skating I stay at the adrian. It is in a nice place for me in particular. The rooms aren't fancy but are good for the price and the service is good and consistent as well. Overall it's a nice place to stay if your planning on going out for moat of the day.Rooms: 3/5

Had a fantastic experience at this motel, it was clean and tidy and warm. Staff came in for room cleans when we were out and it was nice to come back to fresh towels each day
I can highly recommend this motel. Our unit was super clean, and serviced each day. The hosts were friendly and professional and able to supply a cot for the baby in our party. While the motel is not in the CBD it is an easy drive to town, however, being close to St Kilda beach and the wonderful cafes at St Clair is a bonus!Rooms: 5/5

We’ve been staying at the Adrian Motel for years now and it is always great. Always super clean and the owners are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. A good standard of accommodation and an excellent location. Top tip: take a walk down the beach in the morning and get yourself a coffee or breakfast at the St Clair cafes. Great way to start the day no matter what the weather.
