My daughter bought my husband and i a session for our 30th wedding anniversary and we went into the couples pod and it was incredible! Such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. We were met by this kind lady Gloria who is a float specialist. I accidentally pressed the emergency button and Gloria kindly checked on us. She also offered us tea at the end which was lovely! Back in my day, we never had such a thing as float therapy. the technology these days are quite astounding. Will definitely be back again :
It was a gloomy day as I touched down in Auckland. I was in town from America to visit a couple of friends and a girl I met through online gaming. After 2 delayed flights and lost baggage, I was given the suggestion to experience float therapy. Without a second thought, I looked up places around town and came across Infinity Float. Contacting the establishment was easy. Their number was very easy to find, and after answering the automated response, I was connected to a wonderful float specialist named Gloria. She was able to book me a couples float with the girl I was trying to see in no time. Unfortunately, the girl cancelled last minute on me, so I was left with a shattered spirit and a broken heart. I called the centre again to cancel my appointment last minute, however, Gloria the kind float therapist she is, convinced me to go ahead with the experience anyways as it was a great way to relieve stress and anxiety. With a hint of skepticism, I decided to drive over and take a leap of faith. After getting a bit lost in the parking lot I had to call Gloria again for directions which she gave efficiently and kindly, I was able to reach Infinity Float. Upon entering the doors, I was met with a dainty, clean, and fresh interior. I made small talk with the float specialist before I was shown to my room. It was spotless clean, albeit the conditioner bottle was a bit on the low side. The float itself was magnificent. Jetlag, anxiety, and heartbreak all melted away as I enjoyed my ~45 minutes of bliss. Overall the experience was absolutely life changing. The water can get a bit slimy, but I assume that it was a special mix to allow bodies to float properly. The temperature was nice and warm, and the mood lighting was a nice touch. Gloria even offered me to try out the oxygen bar they have which I had to unfortunately decline. I will, without a doubt, visit again. An experience for the ages!
I received a 5-float package as a Father’s Day gift from my wife, based on your promotion highlighting the convenience and flexibility of floating. It sounded like the perfect way to relax and de-stress. However, after realizing that your location is a 45-minute drive from my home, the practicality of using these sessions quickly became an issue. I contacted the team within a week of purchasing the package, before using any of the sessions, to explain the situation. I even offered a fair compromise, suggesting you keep 10% as an admin fee and refund the rest. Despite this, the owner, Ryan Smuts, refused to negotiate or offer any flexibility. While I understand policies exist, this rigid, profit-driven approach feels completely at odds with the wellness and customer-centered values your brand promotes. It’s disappointing to see such a cutthroat, profit-at-all-costs mentality from a business that claims to prioritize well-being. What was meant to be a thoughtful, relaxing gift has instead turned into a frustrating and inconvenient experience.
If you're seeking deep relaxation and a break from the everyday, Infinity Float Botany's 90-minute float session is pure indulgence. Imagine floating effortlessly in a warm Epsom salt bath, enveloped in darkness and silence. It's an hour and a half of pure sensory deprivation, allowing your body to completely unwind and your mind to achieve a state of profound calmness. The extra 30 minutes compared to a standard float allows for a more gradual transition into deep relaxation and leaves ample time to truly settle in and reap the benefits. The staff at Infinity Float Botany are friendly and professional, and the facilities are clean and tranquil. Overall, it's a rejuvenating experience that will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Definitely coming back and it’s going to be a part of my weekly routine going forward.
Staff were polite, freindly and helpful both over the phone and in person when going there. The Centre was clean and well presented. Had a few lovely items for sale, nice candles, no ugly drinks, teas but not cluttered. Was offered "tea of the day" which was nice after my float. Very impressed. Only recommendation would be to offer disposable hairnet/cap. Defientley glad I tried it and would be keen to go back.
The Float itself was an experience: Enjoyed the couples float and sharing it with my partner. Weather you chose to lay there in complete silence or use the time to reconnect with your partner as I did was just what I needed. I didn't have the best experience with booking! I booked through a 3rd party and when I arrived my booking had been double booked! Was offered a reschedule but it interfered with my dinner plans! I swapped my plans around and did the float and the staff also gave me another couples float free of charge at a date of my choosing so I felt that was an exceptable compensation. They offer you ear plugs which I'd recommend using as I didn't and my ears have been bit water logged for few days afterwards! Over all a different and cool experience.

Very disappointing experience. I booked two float sessions for my parents for 5pm 18th June. I received email confirmation, email and text reminder for the booking. My parents got there 20mins early, after a 1 hour commute, to find the centre was closed with no one inside. I called multiple times and no one picked up. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. Thoroughly disappointed.
I absolutely loved my float session, I used one of the rooms as a posed to a tank how ever there was both options. The service was great as a first time floater I was made well informed. I am also a wheelchair user and the staff member was as accomodating as she could possibly be and if there was anything I needed she offered to help. The only advise I would have advise as a wheelchair user is to bring a support person to get in and out. I also saw and experienced so many benefits from the float, it was great on my body and mind I cannot wait to go back again!
I did a couples float experience with my husband and we absolutely loved it. The staff were amazing and we felt very looked after and not rushed. The experience itself was relaxing and incredible. We left feeling super zen. The perfect date night idea!
