Ichiban Japanese Restaurant

Good food, nice portions, but me and my wife had stomach issues the evening after we went there. I don't think it's a coincidence... There is a phone on the wall in the dinning room often calling and the waitress taking orders for takeaways! That kinda ruins the ambience...Food: 4/5

Unfortunatly not the best Sushi I ever ate. The portions where amazing, but sadly me and my boyfriend got sick the day after. I thought for the price we payed it would be good, but it wasn't. The Wasabi was terrible and came out of a package where it is filled with salt to conserve it and not tasty. the Suimono soup was not fresh at all since I have ordered this is other Sushi restaurants. The dishes don't even look like what's on the Flyer. for the price it sadly isn't worth it. on the otherhand I do understand, because of Covid you have less resources and everything is Take-away. but you can't keep the same price and lower your quality, that's a bit insane. On a positive note, The Wakame was a delicious extra I never had in any other Sushi take-out so that's a big plus, the portion sizes are also really good.

Went there with a large group of people and got our own large table on the first floor. The service was good, especially considering the amount of people they had to serve in such a small place. We had the opportunity to have an all you can eat buffet for a very reasonable price excl. drinks. The food, notably the sushi, was very good and freshly made, like it should. The restaurant can be truly recommend if you are in the mood for some Sushi or other Japanese dishes.

Very attentive to my dietary needs. Food was very good. I am looking forward to going back. Highly recommended the tempura.

Very good, if you're worried about portions , don't be. We took the rice table with 6 people and we were astonished when they came over and told them that this was the last of the apetizers. The table was emptied and then filled again promptly with another load of dishes.

Very good food and good service. The only thing that can improve is the interior. You don't have the feeling of being in a Japanese restaurant. We took the "rijsttafel" which is a very good combination of dishes. The quality is very good. The service was also very good. We didn't have to wait long between dishes. We will certainly go back.

Loved every second of it. The food, the atmosphere... No wonder this place is packed!
