Pretty much what it says on the box but the team were really helpful when dealing with a no show. They instantly refunded. Be prepared to wait a bit for popcorn and drinks orders as they have a ticket system in place rather than juat serving by order. A bit random but I guess they have judged that as most efficient.

Just like any other movie theatre. Only quibble was I did the self order screen, then had to wait a good 5 or so minutes for a popcorn that was pre-made just needing to be handed out. Server was unable to multi task with regular queue and order pick up queue. After queue emptied still didn't come to serve pick ups as more people were about to enter regular queue. We were running just on time for our movie, this made us late, luckily movies have ads first I guess!

Excellent service at Hoys Northlands tonight. Highly recommend. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. I couldn’t find where I was sitting and one of the staff came and escorted me. I will be back again soon. Thanks so much!

Turn some air conditioning on hoyts! The room was like a sauna and was pretty gross sweating my a** off on those leather recliners. Very uncomfortable 3 hour movie for the whole fam.

The theatre we were in was evacuated due to a fire alarm going off elsewhere in the building. No replacement ticket, no refund, no response to the support ticket I opened online. What a waste of $50.

Ordering food and tickets online saved so much time and on arrival the staff were friendly, fast, and helpful.

It's ok. It does have the nice recliner chairs where you can raise your legs and feet. Excellent. You can help yourself to soft drink too once paid for

Large ticket area. Modern. We love the big comfy chairs with heaps of leg room.

Clean and comfortable, especially with the recliners and pop corns. Good for movie lovers both adult or children alike.

First time for me to have recliners in a movie theater, they are great.. highly recommend this theater.
