Hotel Willis

Writing this review from our quarantine room at the Quality Hotel Gateway. Our stay continues to be fantastic with super-attentive staff, great meals 3 times a day and a real sense that those working here have our best interests at heart. We're sleeping like logs and have had every request accommodated. Excellent place!

Central location. Room was clean and comfortable with some high end fittings such as electric drapes. Excellent friendly staff.

Newly renovated room. Paid extra for the hot breakfast and got to select something from the menu PLUS the full range of the cold breakfast. Room was adjoining, so I heard conversations from the room next door. Had dinner at their restaurant, it was busy so we were lucky to get a table Wednesday night.

Delicious food, well priced and served by excellent friendly staff.

Really clean. Has everything you need. Not very big but big enough for two.

Terrific service and first class meals. Lovely room executive king with spa. The spa drained as fast as we could fill it. No spa for the night spoiled a special occasion. No refunded money or ammends made to appease our stay. Was going to stay another night but we were takin aback by the non consideration of management.
