This is a lovely historic place to visit. The tearooms are gorgeous with lots of lovely cakes. There is artwork exhibitions in the building and the garden area has sculptures. Take your Mum here. She will love it.
Came to see a play on the back lawn, very nice
Nice Park, established trees. Dogs on leash. Didn't go into the arts centre.
Some of the art is great other bits are so so but that obviously is subjective. Cafe is nothing startling.

Go there it's a cool day out , take a picnic lunch , old garden to enjoy. It has a cafe , big place , really interesting and the staff where really friendly
