It's a Mobile At the junction diagonal to Bawarchi Restaurant. Blessed to have amazing People with Best service, worth the wait for fresh Masala Chai and snacks. Love it. Highly recommend it.
You should try their royal omelette if you love to taste spices in your food! Great guy to talk to, always super friendly and quick service too!

Loved the Chai and upmost the owners’shospitality and kind nature. Despite of being busy at his shop he came out to help me to jump start the flatt battey of my car in the middle of night. He is a God’s Person. Amazing Chai, Fab Vada Pav and Amazing joint to enjoy our drive from Flatbush to Sandringham.
Great tea and awesome bread omelette
Authentic indian Masala tea! It is so far the best in NZ. We have tried tea at so many venues in search of our Indian Tea but this is THE best among all. Great tea Good price. Keep it up CWB.
I just went there yesterday to grab a cup of filter coffee because I've been here lots of times and they always make it really good. However, yesterday there was a little normal rush and the coffee that we got tasted burnt. Maybe the same pot being used again and again would've caused a layer of milk at the bottom and that was burning everytime you added some more milk. We paid $8 for two large cups, felt like it was a waste of money.
