homeDNAdirect were great. We received the test promptly, kept up to date via email communication with receiving the test, returning and obtaining results. The test came with very clear easy to follow instructions and price was great.
A super fast service. Swabs arrived the next working day, and the result was back within 10 working days. Bearing in mind it had to go to Australia as well. Very pleasing process and good communication from EasyDNA. Very happy to recommend this company and would certainly re-use if the need was ever to arise
I found this company to be very efficient I called the 0800 number to be greeted by 1 of their awesome team members who then connected me with the right person to answer the questions I had. I was then sent the test which arrived within 2 days and then when I sent to Australia the test was received within 4 days and I was promptly emailed to say test was received and I would receive my results by a certain date. Today I checked and had received my results which was 5 days before the time given. One very satisfied Customer. Cheers
I received my results just 3 days after home direct received my samples, I thought I would be waiting 7 days.I had accurate results and will be going through them again for another test .Cheapest tests I found also so that is a bonus. 10/10 for there friendly customer service also .:

Home DNA direct NZ is awesome I have used them twice now.. first time for my son 4 years ago.. and now just a week ago... the customer service team was wonderful sent out the kit and prompt response in obtaining the results. I would use them again if I ever did need another dna test to be done. I highly recommend home dna direct nz to anyone who is wanting a dna test to be done. Thier prices are affordable and the kit is very user friendly and their team is excellent ,very helpful and could answer all of questions I had. Thank you so much
