Awesome apartment, right in town, very helpful manager, one of the best apartments I've stayed in, very spacious.

Loved our stay in the 2 bedroom apartment. Beautiful views across the courtyard and out to Paihia. Spacious apartment. It is around 15 years old, needs a little attention. But very comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you
Bit noisy by road in front 2 bedrooms, curtains could do with a wash as a bit moldy on parts, bedroom TV's out of action on our stay. In saying that, lovely outlook big lounge area with deck..great for the 6 of us..Abby was very helpful.
Fantastic location, easy access to Paihia shops and restaurants. We had a few maintenance issues but definitely would stay again

Was a nice place to wake up in after attending a concert. Suite was out dated and didn’t suite the exterior also could have done with more utensils we had to buy many things.
