Club Paihia - Classic Holidays

Large timeshare resort. Most units recently refurbished. 2 br units are large and superb but all accomodation is good. Great pool complex. Located on a hillside which may be difficult for people with mobility issuesRooms: 5/5

My sister owns some chalets and when she stays we all go and stay. The 3 pools which 2 are heated and 5 spa pools located all over the club. Club paihia is situated on a hillside, there is only 1 carpark per chalet, if you have visitors come, they maybe able to get a carpark close to your room, if not there is some parking down by reception area. There some parking for your boat. There is laundry facilities in each block of chalets. The list can go on and on. It is also a couple minutes into town. It is an awesome plave to stay during summer time. A must place to stay and have alot of fun.

Clean, self contained units, pools and spas. Nice people running it. Boat parking. Tennis court, bikes for loan. Highly recommendedRooms: 4/5

Average tidy accommodation. Internet coverage not the best, you can chill out in the lovely pool area but no food or drink allowed which seems odd for a resort. Overall the resort could do with a refresh and rules revised.

Club paihia holiday from he'll. Never have room 71. Parking opposite bedroom so car slamming doors . Then when they enter foyer loud talking children co mStanly running and jumping on stairs over and over. Room not fully cleaned dirty dirty toilet seat when lifted the lid. Door to room had a gap half finger thickness light and noise of every guest came thru incl outside mosquitoes.had to get a knife and squeeze our towel in full length gap. Shocking holiday for my essential worker husband who needed a long awaited for rest. When told manager about toilet told ...we are short staffed . No I'm sorry . My goodness this is a .. covid environment. Noone wearing madks around no distancing in foyer

Excellent location a block from downtown Paihia district of shops and restaurants, the beaches, and the bay. Also the passenger ferry to Russell leaves from the pier right down the street. There are small grocery stores nearby and a big one about 1k down the street. Nice condo unit with one decent size bedroom and queen bed, plus a sofa bed. Clean and well appointed. Small kitchen in the corner of the living room. Lots of windows and light. Two patios, one on either side of the unit. Resort is on a slope so some units have steps to get to them. There is a free washer and dryer in the bottom of each building for those units. There are hot tubs all over, a pool, a walking trail, tennis courts and other stuff to play with. The ding is for the desk staff being rather snippy with a lack of interest. There is no housekeeping visit during the week we were there and we were told that if we wanted clean towels to wash them ourselves. Or there was a fee to exchange them.
