The hotel covers 5000m2 area with 35 spacious rooms of standard, premier or suite choice, equipped with modern amenities for your accommodation needs.

Our room was clean and bed comfortable. But was horrified when we left we had to use the toilets close to reception, they were filthy. Cobwebs everywhere and floors and basin so dirty. There was rust around the taps. Even the sanitary pad bucket was full and the lid was off. It actually ruined my impression of this motel.I felt I had to write this down.Maybe managers need to take a look. Walkability: Very close to activities.
Handy to town and nice to have the breakfast , unfortunately no TV for the first 2 nights and the wifi was very unstable. Bed wasn't very comfortable and you could hear every movement from other guests.Rooms: 4/5
Very very frustrated and disappointed with this hotel. We had booked November 2023 and when we checked in in February 2024 there was no booking to be found even though I had a booking confirmation ID number. It was only luck that there was a room available for us which we gladly accepted only because it was better than having to find other accommodation at 630 pm. The rooms were small but clean. Rooms: Small but clean. Noteworthy details: Close to beach and main shopping strip and restaurants.
The rooms are not at all sound proof so we heard every time some went to the toilet on any adjoining room, when they went into or out of their rooms. The place is run down - not exactly a resort. The reception desk was also not open for the full duration of the supposed open hours. We will not stay there again. Rooms: Already noted plus the fan in the bathroom did not appear to be working.
Don't hear all the bad comments, this place was fantastic. Yes it need some touch up here and there but everything works as intended. Breakfast was very decent no, there aren't eggs they offer pastries, milk, coffee, tea, chocolate powder, 2 types of cured meat, a cheese, jams and spreads, bread, cereal, yohurt and probably something else but pretty much it. Dind't take a photo kd the pool but it is actually very pretty, from. 1m to 1.8m high with a curve good bcs if there are groups in the pool kind of give some privacy to where you are The front of the house gentleman was very very friendly and always carried a smile when interacting with customers. 10/10 would. Come back
Very basic room. Dirty, stained bed linen. Very low profile pillows. No power points next to beds. Old bathtub with a lot of discolouration at the bottom and a fan that doesn't work. No power points in the bathroom for hair straighteners etc. Red stains on carpet. Weeds growing from gutters. Pretty miserable accomodation unfortunately.
The rooms were nice and big. Good location easy to walk to town in 5 minutes. The hotel is a bit tired looking but the size of the rooms on a rainy day make-up for the dated décor! Very simple breakfast but plenty available and nice warm Danishes! I have no complaints about our stay Rooms: Large rooms Nearby activities: Close to all activities in the area Walkability: Walk to town centre in a 5 minute stroll Food & drinks: Close to all restaurants. Breakfast is simple but plentiful

Quite dated hotel may be in need a bit of care however got the room for a great price. Location was good, close to the shops. Room was also in good condition, clean. We didnt get a chance to swim in the pool however it looked inviting and would be especially in summer. The continental breakfast was average. Overall an alright stay in Paihia.
I slept in this hotel 4 days ago. When I first came, a very welcoming receptionist Polly made me feel very comfortable. The room was nice, and I spent good holidays in Paihia. The receptionist has always been here to advise me on the good places to visit in the area, and even give some secret spot, thanks Polly! I wish you all the best for the future.
