Rooms are fine but neighbours were being loud at 1am. My son couldn’t sleep cause of all the noise outside. Other then that everything else was fine.

Great welcome, fast and friendly. Nice room, bit of an odd layout, but very very comfortable. We could hear neighbours, as it was a very busy night. but noting to loud walls are just thick enough... Nice hot shower and soft towels... Kitchenete was good for a simple meal, plenty of items and all clean and working order.

private rooms and bathrooms, own little kitchen and affordable price. also beautiful place and a little hot tub for cold rainy afternoons! loved our stay : thanks to Vineet the manager who was being most convenient

prices are great for the rooms, it is very hard to find decent accommodation for a fair price in paihia, the pool and spa are both lovely. beds are very comfy and cozy and i love that they encourage you to use less water and energy by hanging towels, also staff is really cool, thanks vineet:
