Heartland Hotel Queenstown

Never stayed in a hotel that cost 200+ for two bedrooms only, without a living room! That money never worth for cold water showering, old facilities and keep flashing lights. Also pictures in booking.com didn’t match what we got. So disappointed, definitely won’t recommend.

I stayed for 2 nights and the staff was fabulous. They helped us look at 2 options and happily gave us an upgrade for a bit extra money. And even let us check out an hour late. Really the staff is an asset to the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. I got a handwritten welcome card which really makes a difference. Location wise it was ideal for me. Close to Queenstown Hill trail as well as the mall and gardens. Would definitely stay here again.

Very close to town, which meant we could just walk. Rooms were good and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom could do with a bit of a makeover. No aircon, so it was pretty hot in the room at night.

Location, affordability, staff & breakfast are incredible. They can't be faulted. I absolutely love my stay at the Heartland. Rooms are showing signs of age, but they're definitely comfortable. The beds are comfortable as, was quite tough to get out of bed in the morning but breakfast made it worth it. I'll definitely stay there again.
