Earnslaw Lodge Motel

Great place to stay clean and comfortable with a great view. Manager is great, very helpful. Will definitely be back

We enjoyed our stay at Earnslaw Lodge. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. You can buy breakfast at a reasonable price and it's very good. The rooms are clean and quiet, though a little outdated. It's a short 10 minute walk to town, but well worth the views and pleasant staff!

What a fantastic place in where it's situated. We had the most amazing view. Lovely people who own the place and helpful. The room was large with a balcony

The owner, is just plain lazy by the looks of it. Not clean. Footpaths falling apart. Tv's don't work properly, beds are horrible and musty. The older gentlemen who works the front counter has zero customer service. Couldnt tell us when we could check in, he was unkempt and looked homeless compared to a business owner. Won't be back.

The saving grace of this place is the location and the view... Everything else needs a serious upgrade. The beds are super old, the bathrooms are very outdated, the TV only has 4 channels. We had a terrific visit to Queenstown but this place needs some love...

Lucky to be a 3 star motel, however it was warm, clean and the queen bed comfy. Its right on the main road and traffic noise was quite low.
