We went in today for an exciting purchase...a new washing machine. The service was excellent. We had a great young chap serve us, when he wasn't sure about a question he asked for help. Cant't fault these guys.
Large, bright, new shop. Plenty of parking at the door. Everything is displayed well and the staff are happy to answer questions and set up/change over phones etc.
I'm not a big fan of Harvey Norman generally but this visit was very good. The service was great - unlike previous visits.
Dont trust their website they take orders and your money for stick they dont have and have no idea when they are getting it. But they wont tell you this you have to waste your own time chasing them and your refund. 3 weeks and 4 calls later they are finally processing a refund
Extremely helpful. Great display and very good staff
