From the first phone call to the final purchases, the team at Loft were fantastic to deal with, we found exactly what we wanted in a friendly, customer focused shop, great work guys, excellent service.
The staff at The Loft are exceptionally helpful and although we did not make a purchase they continued to be patient, caring and pleasant.
We bought a painting from here online, unfortunately we weren't able to collect it so needed to cancel the order for a refund. Loft refused to provide a refund only offering store credit. I'd deem it pretty basic customer service to provide a refund for something you haven't even taken possession of, contacting consumer rights, avoid this company!
Where else can you buy two fat ladies?
