A battle to sort any type of warranty claim. They try exceptionally hard to ensure neither they nor their suppliers have any liability. You're better off going to your insurer if you have insurance. It will take months less, and you'll have your sanity at the end.

Highly overpriced, the staff member we had was not friendly and very pushy. Telling us what we wanted and didn't listen to anything we were telling him. Stormed off in a huff when we told him no. I would not recommend

Staff were enthusiastic and helpful during our trip to pick up an ice cream maker last week. However due to the Harvey Norman hierarchy deciding not to repay the NZ covid wage subsidy we will no longer shop at Harvey Norman outlets.

Best shop to buy laptop with best customer service. Bought lenovo idea pad today at the closing time with 2 years extended warranty. The guy helped a lot in selecting the one which fulfill my need. Don't know his name.
