I got a king sized bed from Deal King, went in to the store to order it and chose the delivery option and in less than 24 hours they delivered my bed. Thank you for being so fast and reliable I've had a really positive experience.

Ok well I did get a bed from these place I got a single Divan with two drawers and the bottom of the beer which is very conveniently a big spacious drawers which is what I needed for storage however the mattress is like padded concrete it is not soft it is not comfortable and it is not worth buying and if I had a known this was the only mattress that came with this particular bed I would have brought a different one however because it was brought through a company I cannot return it so the fact that they did not offer a memory foam mattress topper I thought was actually quite rude considering how hard this mattress is do not recommend them at all and saying that the guy who actually delivered my bed was quite a sweetheart the boss of the business I had spoken to him on the phone twice he's a rude arrogant male that would not let me have my say he would not listen to what I was trying to tell him and then he tried to tell me what I was doing wrong but he's never actually been in my house so I just found him very rude very arrogant but I did get my bed delivered for free

Have purchased various bedroom tallboys, lowboys, wardrobes, bedside tables, a double bed and a TV unit. I will continue to use them as my default in the future and recommend them to friends and family as everything has been great. The quality is better than you'd expect for the price and the designs are very practical.

I purchased a bed today from bed king via winz payment card as I’m a single mother trying to make ends meet who just recently gone through a very bad domestic violence situation and I’m trying to get out. I picked up said bed and the workers loaded it into the trailer for me with the help of my friend. The worker started putting one of the light pieces bed base in the trailer and then continued to pack the mattress. The guy then decided to put another light piece bed base on top of the mattress and my friend asked if it would be secure and ok and the worker agreed. We went on our merry way and had to drive home on the highway, as we are driving we briefly see something fly up and out of the trailer. We pull over to investigate and can’t find anything and are shocked as we got told it was okay. I contacted the boss man of the company and was met with nothing but very rude replies, no responsibility and was told I was lying and it was all my fault. He then hung up on my friend and I then called back and apologised for getting upset and then asked to hear his side of things. He instantly got mad at me and told me it was my fault and I was lying and that he spoke to the worker and the worker apparently told us to tie it down and then told me he wasn’t gonna listen to me any longer and hung up again. This is not true at all and if it was we wouldn’t have left the shop with an unsafe load as I don’t want a broken bed or to endanger ourselves or anyone on the road If the worker did say that then it wasn’t heard by anyone at all and he then also let us leave with an unsafe load. I am so upset and lost on what to do as I don’t have a bed or any money to get one and winz won’t lend me more money for one.

Wow these guys are the best, their furniture is SOLID. They don’t push the sale I hate pushy sales men they fill you with confidence in their product. Their products are more reasonably priced than the bigger outlets, but you can feel the quality is superior. We were lucky to get next day delivery, I nearly talked them into same day delivery but then he refused as he didn’t want to rush the quality check they do on all their out going products. The delivery guy was prompt, efficient and friendly. I have never been so happy spending such a significant amount of money.

Love the headboard purchased via Trade Me, very good quality finish and solidly built. Packaged really well for delivery and Mainfreight delivered without any damage being incurred, really impressed with both companies. Highly recommended if you are after a great quality headboard.

We were in the market for a spare bed, and chose to get it from Deal King. Got good advice and input from staff. We weren't overwhelmed with choices for what we were after, so it was all very quick and easy. Thanks Deal King!

I wish i could give these people zero stars there service was abosolutly trash and they dont take any accountability. Person who answers phone will constantly cut you off and wont even reason or listen to you what so ever i dont even understand why they have 4.3 stars.
