Staff so helpful. Wanted new coffee machine. Even made me drink in store. Purchased model I was keen on as they answered all my questions and showed me alternatives as well. No sales pressure just great help.

A very nice young man who although didn't have the Printer I wanted he found one that my husband has already got it hooked up and going. Very easy.
Painful warranty and returns process. Staff aren’t overly helpful and don’t seem to look out for the best interests of the customer when resolving issues. In comparison to this the staff at the Moorehouse branch have always been amazing.

Today I spoke with Emily in the bed department at Hornby Harvey Norman and asked her to follow up on a bed I had bought 7 weeks ago that had not yet been delivered. She was polite, helpful and got action within a very short time. Thank you Emily for being a great person to deal with.
