This is the first time my darling Vern and myself have ever bought a brand new bed let alone a $ 3,000 bed. I am looking forward to having blissful nights sleep. Just waiting for the call to go and pick it up so excited.!!!!

Purchased $20k bed, sales said it need take 4 weeks.  actually take 8 weeks.  and when it arrived. headboard size is wrong, surround is in really bed condition. I try to return the bed surround and headboard,  they refuse me. So Disappointing . BTW, Store Manager Nick is the worst guy I met

The huge range you expect at HN, but with exceptionally nice staff and great service
