Coming from a teaching background and having a intrinsic love for fitness and exercise I have been very successful working with people who have not exercised before or really find it hard to find something they enjoy doing! I also work well with people needing to lose weight and give you the guidance and support to get it off and keep it off. Working one on one allows me to understand your body and then teach you how to understand it as well. You do not need to be great to start, you need to start to be great!
