Green toad rentals

After being let down by Snowbiz Queenstown when they had no boards despite booking one and paying two months in advance, Green Toad were our saviours! They helped us out with a board and skis and their prices were amazing. Their staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful experience all round. Highly recommended

Couldn’t recommend more highly. Sarah and the team at Green Toad came to our rescue on short notice when another pre-booked and paid rental shop in town let us down with no notice. We walked in and were immediately greeted with great hospitality and service, and got fitted in boards and boots the same morning. Saved our entire trip! Not to mention best prices I’d seen. Thanks so much for your help guys, see you next season!!

Amazing prices, way better than anywhere else in town. Staff were super chill and helpful. I broke my arm halfway through my trip and they refunded me for all of they days I wasn't able to use the equipment no questions asked! 100% reccomend to anyone

5 gold stars for these legends! Flew from Australia to NZ for snow machine festival and pre booked and paid for gear from Snow Biz - on arrival they told me they had no boards left. Pretty average. They rent equipment for cheap, but you get what you pay for. They're very laid back, and don't help out much, even though the store was empty. Totally get it though - it's a busy time, and a lot of staff are probably new.

We enjoyed a seamless experience at Green Toad. They offered great prices spread over the week and were very accomodating when we needed fittings adjusted during our rental period. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The best ski rental in Queenstown!

Very friendly staffs and helpful! We checked “NZ ski “that Coronet Peak is open in the early morning several times on this Monday before we getting the gears. After two staffs finished helping our little family with all the clothing, boots, skis , poles, goggles , helmets etc, we ‘ve been told from the service centre staff that the mountain was closed due to the lightning in area. Then all of us had to canceled skiing for that day and return the gears to store as that was the last day of our trip. The staffs refund all the money to us with good service. We also felt sorry for them . Sorry for forgetting to ask the two staffs names that day, a young beautiful girl and a middle age gentleman staff. Many thanks for your great service = . We definitely will be back here when we go skiing in the future.
