I called to check on the status of our order. The staff member who answered mentioned that the order was placed at 9:14 and said they were very busy tonight. I completely understand that restaurants can get busy, but the tone of the response came across as a bit rude.nnAs a regular customer, I was simply asking for an update and expected a more polite response. I hope customer service can be improved in the future, as we usually enjoy ordering from here.
We ordered takeaway, the butter chicken main, garlic butter naan and the layered butter naan. Couldn't fault the meal, it was so nice, the chicken was lovely and cooked well. Both naan were great in size and tasty, great to dip. Will definitely be back!
Great Spice is the perfect place to have a large group for a special celebration dinner. We had a group of close to 30 people for my husband's 60th birthday. The staff made planning incredibly easy and the food was soooooo good, large portions and delivered in good time. They really worked to keep everyone happy and even let us drop off the cake early so that everything would be in order for the big event. Atmosphere was perfect and we all had a wonderful time. This is the best Indian food in the area too so for any size dinner group make sure you come here!!
i had an incredible experience at this restaurant. from the moment we walked jn the atmosphere was warm and welcome and the-staff was attentive and friendly. i highly recommend this place to anyone looking gor great food and excellent seeing. definitely coming back!
