Just finished our meal here on a stormy Wednesday night. The pappadums on arrival was a nice touch. My wife and I are from Wellington and both agree the naan was some of the best naan we have had.nWe ordered Chicken Saag and Korma and both were delicious. The staff were attentive and offered us take away containers before we left. Would definitely be back if we lived locally.
We had a wonderful dinner experience at Great Spice Papamoa today. The owner and the entire team welcomed us warmly and served us with genuine smiles and professionalism throughout the evening.nThe food was absolutely outstanding — rich in authentic Indian flavours and perfectly balanced with aromatic spices. Every dish was fresh, delicious, and full of taste. The ambience of the restaurant was equally impressive, creating a comfortable and enjoyable dining atmosphere.nWithout a doubt, this is one of the best Indian restaurants in Tauranga. We truly enjoyed our dinner date and appreciate the excellent hospitality and service provided by the team.nHighly recommended to anyone looking for authentic Indian cuisine and a memorable dining experience. Thank you, Great Spice Papamoa
What an amazing moment !nAll the food we ordered was amazing,nI had some prawns with casher sauce and cheese naan. My partner the Rara chicken, this dish was very tasty, slighlty spicy. the service was excellent with very nice waitress.nPrice is correct for the quality of food you get served.nThe price is per pers with two glass of wine each.nnThank you for this wonderfull dîner
I called to check on the status of our order. The staff member who answered mentioned that the order was placed at 9:14 and said they were very busy tonight. I completely understand that restaurants can get busy, but the tone of the response came across as a bit rude.nnAs a regular customer, I was simply asking for an update and expected a more polite response. I hope customer service can be improved in the future, as we usually enjoy ordering from here.
Excellent food, cocktails and the best naan I've had in ages. I don't live in the area but I would definitely come back if I lived here.
