I have regularly ordered takeaway from Castle 91 Brookfield. Today 2nd June 2026 was the absolute best yet. All 3 chicken curries were delicious. Naan breads were light and fluffy with a bit of flakey. Perfect. Host was smiling and welcoming. One family in the restaurant so atmosphere could have been better if more people were present. Decor is lovely.
We ordered butter chicken takeaway. The food was ready within about 15 minutes, so quite quick. The place appeared very average when we arrived for pick up. We had to wait a couple of minutes while they finished preping our order, which was fine. I could see the kitchen through the door, someone was filling a take out container with rice, they leveled it off with their bare hand before putting the lid on it. Then they walked out of the kitchen coughing into their hand. Thankfully it wasn't our order they were preparing. When we got home, the the butter chicken was the worst I have ever had. It was edible, but just bad. So while the premises and timing was OK, the hygiene and taste was poor.
We chose Castle 91 Restaurant Brookfield to celebrate my son’s birthday, it turned out to be a beautiful experience. The food was amazing, full of flavour, and enjoyed by everyone, including the kids. The staff were kind, professional, and took great care of us throughout the celebration. Thank you for helping make our boys’ birthday so special. Highly recommended!nThe staff were very friendly, professional, and well organised. They made sure everything ran smoothly and on time, which made the celebration completely stress-free for us. Portions were generous, and many of our guests complimented the food and asked about the restaurant
I am so disappointed hair in my food, I ordered through Uber eats and the lady who I spoke to you on the phone was not helpful at all I explained to her that I don’t drive so I couldn’t pick up the order she did not care I told her I wanted a refund and she was extremely rude about it. I used to go to the one greerton, The two guys there who would serve me were absolutely lovely but with the experience I had tonight unfortunately I won’t be ordering again. She did not care there was here in the food. She did offer a free meal but I explained that I couldn’t pick up as I don’t drive I’m basically said it wasn’t her problem. Bad service
Great authentic Indian! The food and spices are amazing, we enjoyed all of the flavors. Service could use a bit of work but that outweighs the food so overall we recommend.
