As a regular customer, I have always valued the consistency in flavour, quality, and overall experience your restaurant has offered. Unfortunately, during this visit, the food served was completely lacking in taste and quality. The situation was so disappointing that we were unable to eat any of the main dishes and left them untouched.nnWhat further added to our dissatisfaction was the way our feedback was handled. When we attempted to provide genuine and respectful feedback, the staff member at the counter, Mahraj, showed no interest in listening. His behaviour was rude and unprofessional, and his sole focus appeared to be on taking payment rather than addressing our concerns.nnI would like to clarify that this was not an attempt to avoid payment—we fully understand our responsibility as paying customers. However, the lack of accountability and poor attitude displayed left us feeling unheard and undervalued.nnWe travel from another town specifically to enjoy good food and a pleasant dining experience at your restaurant. Experiences like this, combined with poor customer service, risk driving away loyal customers.

Exceptional Service Above and Beyond Expectations!nnI can't thank Grish Singh owner of Grace India Tauranga enough for the amazing service they provided during our recent work seminar. We were running short on time and needed lunch delivered ASAP, but had no time to leave the venue. Not only did the owner personally delivered the food even thou he had busy day ensure our food arrived quickly, but they went out of their way to accommodate our tight schedule. The food was delicious, fresh, and exactly what we needed to keep us energized for the rest of the day. This kind of thoughtful service is hard to find, and it really made our experience so much better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch food and amazing customer service.nnFood is really authentic and satisfying.nCooks from heart.nThank you Grish Singh
