Came in a couple weeks ago to take a look at a car and was impressed by the pristine condition of the car! Still running beautifully. Jay was very genuine and honest, and gave me a great trade in deal compared to other car dealerships which we were both happy with, as well as a great deal on the car too! Really impressed with the customer service and professionalism. I usually dont like walking into car yards because I have had some bad experiences, but felt welcome here and the staff were very informed.
Purchased a Mazda Demio from Global Autos and traded in my old civic. I was super impressed by the service I received from Sam. Sam took the time to show me different options as well as offer me a good trade in deal. Sam was extremely patient and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend Global autos if you are in the market for a new car. The car was also groomed to a high standard when it was ready to be picked up. I had a look around car yards all day and walked onto this car yard just when I was going to give up . I was greeted by Sam who gave me some space then checked in on me. He then showed me a few options but noticed I was overwhelmed. He recommended I come back the next day Saturday 4th June. This really helped me decide what I wanted. Prior going back I had more time to look at other cars but I got drawn back to Sam because I felt comfortable with him. He was patient and appears non judgmental especially with sorting out the finance side that is affordable for me. It has been approved and I will be finalising paperwork soon. Thanks Sam and team
I walked into Global autos and was greeted by great customer service. They have a great array of cars, which was perfect for me, as i had many options to choose from for my daughters first vehicle. It was a very easy process dealing with jay, i'll be sure to come back for my second daughter! :

Came to see 2 cars. After seeing the first we got questioned what in particular we actually wanted. Explained that we were checking for defects or issues with the car. Dealer got sassy and we walked off. Didn't understand what his problem was given that he didn't have any other customers. Wouldn't recommend.
