LDV ute specially the Luxury model is awesome! I have a very satisfying Test Drive experience of it. Chris was very accomodating. Highly recommended!
There are 2 parts to my review here and I'll start with my complaint. Their phone system is diabolical.  Quite possibly THE worst experience I have had in 53 years. Voice prompts tell you where you are in the queue,  you wait untill you are next in the queue to be told by another voice prompt that the person at this extension is not available.  Please leave a message.  I called LDV Greenlane 9 times yesterday, on 3 occasions I managed to talk to a human and was told I should expect a call shortly. It's now been 24 hours and no one has contacted me. No one ! Now I have had two LDV's in the past 4 years so this is not a one off. Generally this is the experience you should expect communication wise from LDV Greenlane.  SHOCKING is an understatement.  Diabolical is closer to the truth. The second part to my review, is all good. They have completed services on time at very responsible costs. The price is agreed on before the service, so no surprises at the end. Staff are friendly and professional.  Waiting room is lovely with excellent coffee. So no complaints there. My only bug bear is the front line answering system. As I said its truly diabolical.  I don't think management actually know what's its like because they are only on the other end. So according to them it's fine. We'll I can tell you if you want to communicate with LDV expect to pull your hair out. The system needs a rapid overhaul immediately.  As I said my experience with LDV has been going on for 4 years. Great job in reminding me of regular services and then promptly booking in for a pre work arrival. They've kept our cars running, serviced and problem free. If you're lucky they'll even drop you to work nearby while the cars in being serviced.
Absolutely blown away with the presentation of our vehicle we bought. Picked up the next day and could not see it. It was covered with a congratulatory certificate on a pedestal in the showroom. On uncovering it was like a brand spanking new vehicle. We have bought many vehicles but never had this presentation or service. More than impressed. Well done CENTRAL SSANGYONG.
