Great dealership and great vehicles. Very happy with Rhino ute I bought from them. Showroom staff are fantastic and will go above and beyond for you. A huge thanks to James, and in particular Fergus who spent lots of time with me both at the showroom and over the phone getting my ute configured just right, and providing really stellar customer service with support after my purchase as well.
Service could have been a little bit better in my view, they wouldn't take cash buying a brand new vehicle so had to run around trying to put money into their account,which was a bit of a hassle that wasn't needed, especially in Auckland traffic and when time was limited.
Carelessness... cant just find another word for the service... had asked them to change headlight and seems they are too busy billing the customers for services they did not carry out... headlights still dont work... now am left thinking did u guys even service the car properly
Overall service was nice very helpful, polite an a sense of humor right thru to the driving explain everything clearly nice
Staff will go out of the normal scope of customer service for you. I got a really good deal on my Rexton here and love it.
