To be very honest I don't think I will be going through this car place again . Lack of communication!! broken promises !! I'm currently in a rubbish uber car with lights that don't work . Got my answers I needed today after trying to contact them ‍ seriously think it would have been easier going through someone else

Finally got a good car after months of trying with bad credit. Phil worked hard and really backed me with the finance company to secure a loan and getting me a great car. I recommend Direct Car Imports, the team will really do their best to help with a car

Still patiently waiting on a vehicle even payments are going out and I still don’t have car very frustrating what am I paying for I’m not even driving a car yet what the hell yeah na doesn’t sound right

Our experience was horrific. The car they had sold to us was STOLEN!!! Absolutely dodgey place. Luckily we had our contract on hand otherwise we would have been charged for theft. They lied about so much from the milage on the car is different from what is on the contract. We expected it was going to be a nice car instead it has been keyd up, dents and alcohol stains l. Will be talking to my lawyer. When ringing them, and explained everything they hanged up the phone and said they will take the car back. They still refuse to refund all the money we have paid for a stolen car.

I don’t recommend this place to anyone!! Lack of communication!! Went to their yard to choose a car and when I got there they told me they had no stock available so I asked for a refund and still haven’t received it. Iv been calling them asking about my refund and all they say is they’ll email management and keep reminding them to refund my money.

Never get a car from these guys I made that big mistake I stopped paying because the car wasn't working they have reported the car stolen even tho it isn't stolen I will be taking legal action and a vist to the cop shop to get the car removed

We got a van from this company which we really needed yet the communication really really sucks we got a crack in the windscreen which I was told when first getting the van if anything happens just ring I have rung multiple times either being hung up on or just ignored not acceptable at all... They have ruined our Christmas with the lack of communication and sticking to promises we can not go away due to a very now large cracked windscreen not happy at all

They take your money...and then when they they have to refund it, they give every excuse as to why accounts haven't processed. Inah is the RUDEST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES PERSON EVER.. After finding out the commerce commission is investigating them, im assuming I'll never get my money back

You guys don't deserve a star at all. Worst people to deal with, they good just till you purchase the vehicle once it's you own it then all the promises they said they will do goes down the drain they lie after lies after lies my car went to get the stuff done on it and all they did was a pulshit job they just used the same parts. Very dodgy people don't trust them im stuck with a car that I'm using more money of my own to fix.
