Thank you NZC. Gorjan was real helpful and caring. I’ve bought 7 to 8 cars in my life so far, no one came close to NZC because of their value for the clients. Even after a week, he called me to enquire about how the car is doing. I will recommend NZC if you are looking for a dealer who is true to his words and so does their cars. He was really helpful with the insurance as well. I will come back soon for the Ute.

We've bought a 2011 Holden Captiva from here and extended family bought Honda Stream. The Holden Captiva had a check engine light it seemed they cleared it right before we arrived for a pick up then it popped back on. That's Why it is Super Important test drive Do Not Rush your purchase Always! Anyways we repaired the problem off the mechanical warranty we had. Honda Stream was a good car and still running like a superstar till today. These guys will not tell you any hidden faults so please be smart test drive your vehicle at your own risks, check it well* Anyways we did pop back in again and the honest Indian guy was telling us why we should be careful with high milage hybrid cars in general like the one we saw at their yard, great and honest service in my opinion

Be aware of NZ Cars they don't keep.there promises and treat there customers like rubbish. There cars are junk and don't meet WOF total shame on you should have your license cancelled and should not be ripping people off yet sell cars

At first you were doing good but then after the financial part was over yous began to act like children and quite rude. We financed a 2002 Holden rodeo off you for $1299.00 was told on the phone before driving 40 minutes out that no deposit was needed. When we got there yous said we needed a deposit and put a extra $1000 on to the loan. You are very rude and time wasters. You made us drive back and forward when yous we’re installing the gps saying “ come now it’s finished “ then 10 minutes away you say not to come and blahblahblah. 3 days in a row you done this. Then start swearing at us because yous can’t handle our frustrations. The car we bought ended up having a leak from the heater core 2 days later, Gas pump hose spits out gas, transmission started playing up 4 days later and radio wasn’t working like it did during the test drive. Asked for them to fix it and in return was told to go thru insurance for there f”ck ups. Not paying $1000 excess fee. Very disappointed. Never going back.

Purchased a 2013 nissan x trail from there Manakau branch. Service from Gorjan was amazing and great to deal with i got a really good deal would recommend them to anyone looking for a great car and a good deal Thanks for everything Gorjan Antony

I didn’t buy a car from here, but just helped out a man who had just bought a car from NZ cars. From what I heard from him, he got completely ripped off. The sales people somehow convinced him that 5k was a good price to pay for a car with faulty windows/ seats. And to top it all off, the reason I found out about this is because the car broke down outside my house with coolant leaking and splattered all over his engine. He had just bought the car 4 days ago. NZ cars ripped him off and are not doing much do help him. Stay away from these people.

I've read alot of bad reviews from this company but had to judge for myself. Just recently brought a car and dealt with 2 amazing women who took good care of me. Gave me food to eat with them on there lunch and also had so many good laughs definitely the life of the company if your looking for a car for a decent price and bad credit they are definitely worth having a look at

Dea service is poor left car dea from morning didnt get it back late as, wen dey know got to go to wrk. Dey dont care about people dey only wory about sales n money.

Our last car service was done by 6 months ago, and they forget to put the air filter back in the car.our new car mechanic told that our car air filter is missing which could be lost during last car service.I am not happy with the service of this company.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE CARS ARE NOT WORTH THE PRICE AND WILL COST YOU ALOT MORE IN THE LONG RUN!!!! I went through 2 cars with this company. I paid $20K through finance for junk metal we have given them multiple chances to rectify the issue but instead chose to be arrogant and refuse to pay even though I was well and truly within my rights under the consumer guarantees act. I have also reported them to the commerce commission. I will be taking these guys to the Motor vehicle tribunal. If there is anyone else who has experienced the same or similar issues with this company please get in contact as this is unethical and unacceptable. For $20k you expect to have fully operational safe and reliable car. Issues were as follows. 1st car had a major oil leak, terrible shaking second key didn’t work Transmission was stuffed Engine light came on before I got home Passenger window electrics broken Back door didn’t unlock Serious mould in the boot. They accepted all faults and swapped for the 2nd car. 2nd car Bold tyres Overheating problem said they fixed it CLEARLY DIDNT because it happened again not even a month of owning it. This key also doesn’t unlock/lock the car - replaced the battery not the reason. A/C doesn’t heat or chill
