Wonderful collection of cars. The place was tidy and clean. However seems I am an invisible man. I hate sales person being over enthusiastic. But here, kind of zero enthusiastic. No meet and greet. No eye contact.

Requested for a phone call with one of the sales guys to discuss the lead time for Rav4 and trade-in. No enthusiasm and no interest at all. I got the impression that he was wanting to hang up the phone call as soon as he can. I don't think I will consider buying any cars here.

Had our company vehicle serviced today. Great job from the workshop but very poor and arrogant service from the front staff. They did not want to know about us, asked them if they fixed what we pointed out on the vehicle and the answer was "I don't know"... obviously he did not care either...
