Bought a BMW 116i from these guys. Car is generally very good and the service on the day was fair. Unfortunately - that’s where the good service ended. The car was missing it’s tool kit upon purchase and this was promised to be provided within a week by courier as a part of the sale agreement. The week came and went. I called and enquired - it was on its way apparently. Waited another week - no tool kit. Called again - more promises. It’s now over a month since purchase and still no tool kit. If you are comfortable with no after sales service whatsoever - then trade with these guys - otherwise look elsewhere.
Brought a car online and had it shipped to Wellington, car was not as described, has faults which were promised to be fixed at their cost but no communication since. They lied about the condition of the car and that it had a sports exhaustChrome tips aren’t a sports exhaust dash has cuts through it suspension is broken, wheel bearing is stuffedall noted on day of pickup from shipping company over a month ago quoted wrong colour, wanted black got dark grey the list goes on. Complaining to MTA and commerce commission on Monday. Avoid this company at all costs, other reviews should say it all......wish I saw them before I brought!!!!
Very Bad Experience. Viewed Mazda Axela 29/1/18 agreed to have smudges and scratches removed during clean and radio band to be included in the price. When test driving the car the battery was flat. We were told would be ready because they're not busy today by tomorrow 30/1/18 at 3pm. Had dodgy Asian lady do all the paperwork spoke very fast and soft it was hard to understand. I arrived at 3pm 30/1/18. Enquired about Mechanical warranty. We asked if the fault exceeds the cars price what would happen. The Asian lady said in the time that she has worked there it has never happened and won't happen. Still enquiring - But in that situation what would happen!? Would we get another car? Would we get our money back? Or would we be left out of pocket $6000 Car, $600 12 month warrenty, $250 excess she could not answer and we were told to call the sales manager. I then paid the remaining on the car and was told my car was ready. We waited 1 hour and 30mins. No one told me what was going on. I saw it being cleaned then it disappeared. When I asked how long the wait would be I was informed that they had gone to New Lynn to get the car plates. Enraged I told him we were told to be here at 3pm and that I had to pick my children up at 4.30pm and it was now 3.58pm. He told us that that was up to that sales rep but to us the time does not matter. Another guy arrived back 4.17pm excited after battling traffic but I was not amused. They rushed to put the plates on. The car was ready. They apologized and had told us the car was not meant to be picked up till th 1/2/18. There was no communication about what was going on all i knew was 30/1/18 @ 3pm otherwise I would have waited until that date. There was no radio band. The scratches are there. The battery seems ok. I dunno what the future holds for my car but terrible f***king service. They took my money really fast but after that they didn't give a s**t!
A pretty crappy experience to be honest. A bit of lying going on claiming they had done an AA apraisal on a vehicle but AA confirmed to me that when they turned up the vehicle was not available. A lot of messages and calls got ignored and promises to call back. They finally admitted that the vehicle was not available and needed repairs and told me to find another vehicle!! Lucky for me, I got my refund back and reimbursed for the AA appraisal.
I think they have the cheapest value in the market. I bought Volkswagen & everything was fine with the car. They also help me in selecting the right car under my budget & suitability. Purchase & service team was really helpful.
STAY AWAY!!!!!! They are great to deal with...until you drive away. Got a problem, you will never get a hold of them again, or they will give you false empathy and empty promises. Needed a car with a tow ball and band expander. Neither were installed but were put on our finance. They also ripped out the reversing camera and left an empty hole. Ok so the car is good, but nothing else they promised on. See you in court.
First class service from these guys. Could not fault their attention or expertise. Open on boxing day , and I purchased a vehicle after a test drive. Deals at other yards did not come off as quickly or at a price I got here 10/10
We had a very bad experienced from this company. WARNING!!! Do not buy ACar from this company and do not be mislead by there salesman that talks too much.do not put any amount as deposit. They have a very dirty games in the sales..they brought there style of scamming people from Indian in New Zealand. Shamefull business scamming strategy.you'll pay for this soon..owner is useless a ripped off person..anthony is stupid owner..
Shocking customer service. They're very happy to take your money, especially at the end of the month, and then forget about any after service or even repairs under warranty. They're the kind of company that give the car salesmen a bad name. I'd recommend anyone to STAY AWAY from these guys.
Bought a car with a few issues, emailed a few times and at first happy to assist but now refuse to return emails or calls to get the issue resolved. This morning i found out thT Commerce Commision have issued a warning on Motor Me for dodgy dealings.
