The service was excellent. I didn't feel pressured to buy a car, and when I asked questions, the team were super knowledgeable and helpful. They gave a little gift after I purchased a car which was super sweet. Fantastic service, I went to purchase another vehicle and my caught the Nissan Juke and checked it out and was so happy with my purchase. I would like to say big thanks to NZ Cheap Cars team. They're really customer focused and do their best to satisfy their clients. The service was so quick. While I waited for the registration in the lovely office they offered me cool drinks. When I got the keys I was surprised by full tank of fuel and a bag with sweet treats. Recently brought my first car from NZCC and the process was very quick and easy. I had no issues and all questions I had, answered. The best experience I’ve had at any car dealership. I came on a Saturday to test drive and although they were extremely busy and working under pressure, they made sure any needs were met. All team members were professional and friendly. My sales person was Kaz, he presented wonderful customer service throughout.
