The Worst Worst Experience from Fraemohs Homes New Zealand.nnWe are a middle-class family who keep saving and tried to buy a home in the era of Covid, We have decided to go with home & land project with Fraemohs Homes as its 40 year old reputed company, In a starting they were acting in manners, After I signed a contact, they just starting to show their original color. As everyone knows that prices for home n land was boomed in covid era so they just get bad feelings about it . As we have signed the contract so they do not do anything regarding the price as we signed a contract, they just charged us about $100k more from home construction and just let us know that all prices were hike, even they do not understand the feeling and situation of the customer and client. I personally tell to all that think hundred times before going with this builder  As they are here to just looting people by anyway.nI am putting this review just after two years just because I suddenly get this bad dream story  last night about how they cheated me and thought that there are lots of people who suffer from this situation due to the SO CALLED CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FRAEMOHS HOMES

We have been dealing with Hamish MacDonald discussing designs and selections of their interesting homes, as we are in the early stages of procrastinating, deciding, comparing with other Companies. Fraemohs we have realised don't need to be compared with others, as clearly they represent high quality, good workmanship, and great customer service. We have been really impressed with not only the speed of reply to our questions, but their accurate, honest, non pressuring, helpful approach to us as potential clients. This goes a long way as peace of mind in the beginning, sets up a good foundation. Crucial to any build.

Fraemohs has had my back every step of the way. I felt safe and heard through the build process and even though building can be stressful especially with shortages due to covid, I always felt comfortable.nGreat company with great people. Highly recommend!

Pretty average service, not very welcoming to there show home, the representative was uninterested and it was obvious that they didn't want our business

Was looking at buying a home, but due to bad treatment of another potential customer regarding mask wearing, I will reconsider with this company and go elsewhere.
