Excellent customer service! I came here for the first time and the office lady was quick in suggesting and helping me out. Friendly and patient while I was thinking which item to buy. The place doesn't look fancy but they have a good range of products.
Contacted the workshop at the beginning of Level 3 they asked me to email them with contact details and service required. In 3 hrs I heard back booking for the next day drop off scooter contactless and then 3/4 hr later contacted to pick scooter up. So easy and the scooters going like brand new. Excellent friendly service. Go out of their way to help. Definitely recommend. Have recently Purchased a new scooter from Forza NZ, their assistant from information and explanation cannot be faulted. Went in day before pick up to complete paper work everything explained and payment made. Next day arrived everything explained and demonstrated by a great team. Rode off happy as Larry. 10 stars.
Ordered a seat for a 70cc quad and they took the time to confirm that it was the correct one for my model and then sent it Monday afternoon and recieved it yesterday morning well packaged. Awesome service and friendly staff. I will be using their services again as needed
Abhi gave us an awesome service. He took a genuine effort in explaining pros and cons in each scooter and it was much helpful in the section. Forza, he is a great asset for you !!
Awesome shop to deal with. Sharp staff, I made a mistake with my last order and Sharry queried it so I was able to correct my error prior to shipping. Every purchase has been smooth and any dealings with staff has been helpful and professional, cheers Forza!
Yea hapi wth this plce my hubby took our moko's grandsons bike there nd they were kool fast nd it wasn't as dear as we thought it might have been so our new to go to plce gt our grandsons dirt bikes checked hehe we have 3 to take there if need be xx good plce whanau's need bikes done hubby was hapi as wth there service

Senior staff leader Manu was very helpful, and professional and with the assistance of his staff member a young European boy unloaded my Xbike off my truck very carefully and unassisted by myself I would recommend this OUTLET to assist with proffessional knowledge, skill and care in regards to their business and for future customers.
These guys have helped me with repairs and sales and it has always been a smooth, easy process with super fast communication and delivery times. Super helpful guys and happy to do business again.
Got 50cc scooter from here. Staff was very friendly and the process of purchase was smooth. The sales person, Abhi, was very knowledgeable and helped me out with all small details.
