I am very impressed with the service I received from Appliance Outlet Botany. The store is large with stock set out in a way that is easy to see. Bryan B3 was very helpful in finding exactly what I needed - his taste in music is pretty good, too. When the delivery driver was unwell, they went to extraordinary lengths to deliver my appliance on the day prescribed. That they collect the old appliance and genuinely do recycle it was a large part in me choosing to go to that store in the first place. Definitely recommend them on my experience.
Slade the technician did a fantastic job with the installation of my new washing machine at our home. He contacted us beforehand and arrived in good time. He was very pleasant, professional and efficient. I appreciate the great service from the team at the appliance outlet overall. Keep up the fantastic work.
Top brands, straightforward talk and great variety. We were assisted by Mohammed who delivered a fantastic service. He listened to what we wanted, suggested some options and helped us getting the best product - very knowledgeable guy! Words are not enough to express my gratitude to Brian... yesterday I moved and the movers dropped my washing machine... I found a great replacement at Appliance Outlet, I called and spoke to Brian, he was absolutely amazing, not only did he help with the purchase, he managed to get the washing machine delivered today on a public holiday, arranged for them to install and take away the broken machine! This is next level service and will never forget the amazing service I received! Thank you Brian and the two gentlemen who delivered the machine, I am truly grateful
Brian was extremely helpful, understanding, patient and had a good sense of humour. They manage to fit us in at short notice and took all the information he needed and didn’t need to repeat myself to different people, even called me back when he said he would. I had been struggling to get the air filter I needed for my lung cancer through other outlets and he assured me he had the stock and could sort it straight away! 10 minutes later it was all done in a pleasant and professional manner! Very pleased with Samsung fridge. Bryan did a great job determining our needs and recommending solutions. Unfortunately our first choice of fridge didn't pan out as anyone expected, but this was quickly remedied and our second choice was promptly dispatched. 4 stars because we had to pay for delivery twice. We'll be back for any future appliance purchases.
Johan was brilliant. He brought my new freezer down the drive to the garage and happily took out the old one and installed the new one and checked everything was OK. Then popped the old one on his trolley and took it back to his van. Made it look easy. Has a very pleasant personality. I like people who talk. Didn't take long
We built a house and looking to furnish the kitchen. My sister told me about these guys saying not to go anywhere else because they’re the cheapest with great brands. We went to the store in Botany and had only intended to have a look at prices etc but ended up buying everything we were looking for! We brought an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher & deep freezer. Saved us time, stress and a lot of money buying from here. They delivered the next day. Definitely coming back again need a range hood lol Thank you Appliance Outlet! And big thanks to salesperson BRYAN B3 who was very knowledgeable and welcoming wouldn’t have bought it all if it wasn’t for his help.
