I highly recommend Shower Solutions. They carried out an extensive kitchen and bathroom renovation, which has transformed my home, exceeding my expectations. From the initial meeting Grayson understood what I was after and his team nailed it! The stylish new bathroom and kitchen have totally modernised my house, thank you guys! :
I do not recommend using this company at all. After using them to install 2 showers we were left with appalling workmanship, faulty installations and both showers leaked from day one. Grayson would not accept that there were any installation issues, he would only admit their were cosmetic issues at a push. After getting independent reports on the installation all reports recommended they needed to come out and be reinstalled. After 3 months we had to rip out and replace both showers at out cost as both showers had moisture levels creeping up and once removed they had indeed been leaking in behind the walls. Grayson threatened us both verbally and in writing that he would send someone round to collect “HIS MONEY” as we advised him the account was in dispute and had been lodged with the Disputes Tribunal after we had sort legal advice. Despite this we were chased by debt collectors not once but twice with threats of adding a bad credit rating. We had to prove both times that it was lodged with the courts and due to Covid restrictions the courts were months behind dispute hearings. During this time we also discovered the installer was not a registered plumber which is required by law to move the drains Sanitary Plumbing. After making a complaint to the Plumbers and Gasfitters Board both the Installer and Shower Solutions were issued with written warnings. After 18 months and two hearings, the Disputes Tribunal ruled in our favour finding that Shower Solutions failed to use reasonable care and skill and failed to install showers that were fit for purpose. The court ordered that Shower Solutions return our deposit and that we were not liable for the balance outstanding that we were being chased for. Despite winning at court, and email communication over several weeks with Grayson regarding the refund owed, he was unwilling to pay. After 2 long years of an endless nightmare with this company we ended up contacting Fair Go. They aired our story along with a couple of other unhappy customers on 30 May 2022. It’s thanks to Fair Go, Shower Solutions finally did the right thing and we got our deposit refunded.
I have no hesitation in recommending Shower Solutions. We recently renovated three bathrooms and used their services to provide and install shower glass. They were very efficient, punctual and cost effective. We are currently using them for another project. Many thanks for a job well done.
Love my new bathrooms. The team that Shower Solutions used were very approachable and keen to do a great job. Grayson also took time to give me other options when things wouldn't work for a variety of reasons e.g. delays in custom glass etc and am happy with what we came up with. Took a little longer than I would have liked with two bathrooms out but probably that was more on my expectations and not asking up front. They were able to start really promptly which overall meant I had new bathrooms in just over two months from signing agreement. Overall would use again.
Shower Solutions recently installed a brand new bathroom for us. The end result is stunning. When I shared photos with family on social media, a couple commented how it looks like something that would be on The Block. The tiling is immaculate, fittings suit perfectly, and the general feel of the bathroom is great. Grayson’s workers and trades are quality and friendly. And they were able to deliver it in time for my family to descend from Australia. Thanks Grayson and the team at Shower Solutions.
Really happy with the work done. We had an old bathroom in a state home that needed to be replaced as we have gotten older and our needs changed. Bath with shower above removed and large shower in its place with a sliding door for us to safely get in and out of. Thank you for taking the time to help and working with our requirements.
Just had an ensuite renovation done and from the beginning at consult time, measure up and quote, I have found Grayson to be extremely professional and helpful. He kept me informed of each and every process and all his contractors turned up on time and were also responsive to text queries etc. The end result is beyond what I expected and I am really pleased with the outcome. The workmanship is top notch. I would recommend anyone to contact this company - you wont be disappointed. 100 % star rating from me
Grayson was very prompt and efficient and moreover was able to start the job immediately. We were on a time constraint and this suited our purpose. He coordinated well with the other contractors like the tiler, painter, plumber and electrician, getting everything done seamlessly. He identified our needs and provided us with the ideal bathroom suited to our needs. All the contractors did a great job. Hello, top marks to Grayson and his team, shower got measured up the day I rang, fantastic service, had the tracks fitted on Tuesday this week and this morning the new glass door went in. Excellent value for money. Nav the installer did a fantastic job all level, cleaned up any mess, wonderful, very efficient service, WELL DONE SHOWER SOLUTIONS.
Thankyou so much Shower Solutions. Over the last year we have upgraded 3 bathrooms. Shower Solutions replaced all the shower doors and they look awesome! A pleasure doing business with - and would highly recommend.
