F45 is a place that challenges me in all the right ways! I’ve never enjoyed exercise up until I joined this studio. I’ve made lifelong friends and developed skills I didn’t know I was capable of developing! Definitely my happy place
Amazing group of trainers absolutely love it. Highly recommend!
Awesome place with great coaches and all equipment in perfect condition. Workouts alternate between Cardio and Resistance each day. Neat and clean, hygiene is of utmost importance.
Excellent place and great workouts. I had 2 weeks free trials, Loved it. The only downside is the price which I feel is very steep. Its bit hard to spare $70 or $80 a week which is roughly 4 grand a year.
I would highly recommend F45 East Tamaki as a great place to train. The owners and coaches are incredibly motivating and always supportive, and the classes are brilliant. They offer a great mix of weights and cardio, catering for all fitness levels. Team morale and support from other members while you’re training is also amazing.
