Quite a big bunker complex, with nice views. One room has wires and windows from the wartime, which is incredible! Plus, it's quite a straight forward walk to get there. My only problem would be that there are only two rooms you can enter, but aside from that it's great!
Good walking track around the point with some interesting bunkers along the way. The track is well maintained and makes climbing the hill not too difficult. There's signposts with directions telling you where each track goes, as well as a couple of signs with a bit of info on the history of the bunkers and area. Great views of the harbor entrance and sea, as well as the Breaker Bay beach and Pencarrow lighthouses.nBe aware that it could get pretty windy up there, especially in a southerly.nIt's a bit of a walk from the car park, you can either walk across the beach and through a cool rock arch, or up the hill along the road.
Nice place for a stroll with great views over the inlet to Wellington Harbour.
