Quaint is the best way to describe this 1970-built motel. I stayed here as part of my Forgotten World Rail Cart adventure. The rooms really get you in the mood for taking the Rail Carts. While they are small and a tad dated, they are kept up wonderfully and the beds are very comfortable. It was fun to sit on the balcony/walkway in front of the room with a glass of wine and talk to all the other folks who are just as excited to be taking part in the rail cart adventure. I would stay at this motel again, even without doing the carts.
Very comfortable and spacious studio. Shower pressure was fantastic. Units are quiet and well off the main road.nnThe rest of our travel party had stayed elsewhere and it sounds like we booked the best place in town by far. Will definitely be back
As the name suggests the rooms have been somewhat forgotten about, being built in the 70s some features are missing such as security screens on windows but air con, pillows and the comfy beds make up for it! Incredible service at the front desk however - would come back
Older building but renovated and kept presentable room was well priced for what we needed, basic but pleasant staff was helpful and freindly. Great place to stay to start the forgotten highway
